  • You do not need to remain with the vehicle during the service. We will greet you, get access to the vehicle, and share updates throughout the process. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and provide the wheel lock key, if applicable. We will let you know when the service is complete.

  • A typical battery replacement takes about 30 minutes. Actual time can vary by vehicle design, battery location, accessibility, and whether battery registration or programming is required.

  • We install a quality replacement battery that meets the specifications required for your vehicle. The battery itself is priced specifically to the vehicle and is shown on your estimate before service.

  • Common signs include slow cranking, repeated jump-starts, electrical issues, a battery or charging-system warning, or a battery that fails testing. We test the battery and charging system as part of the service and explain the results.

  • Yes, when battery registration or programming is required by the vehicle. Battery registration/programming, if required, is included in the service at no additional cost.
