You do not need to remain with the vehicle during the service. We will greet you, get access to your vehicle, and reconnect with you when the job is complete. We will share updates throughout the process by text, call, or in person as appropriate.

Please make sure your vehicle is accessible with adequate working space and that vehicle maintenance is permitted at the service location.
Please make the vehicle keys and wheel lock key, if equipped, available for the service.
We will position the vehicle as needed to safely perform the service.

Common signs include squealing or grinding noises, vibration while braking, increased stopping distance, a soft or unusual brake-pedal feel, or a brake warning indicator. We inspect the brake system and explain what we find before any additional work is performed.

Our brake service is based on replacing rotors and brake pads rather than resurfacing rotors. Rotors and pads are priced specifically for your vehicle and included in the estimate for your approval.

Plan on approximately 1.5 to 2 hours per axle under normal conditions. Actual service time can vary by vehicle design and vehicle condition.

When required, we place the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) into the appropriate service mode and reactivate it after the brake service is completed. EPB service mode is included at no additional cost.

If we identify additional brake components or other conditions that may affect the service, we will explain what we found and provide the cost of any additional work for your approval before proceeding.
We do not perform additional work without your approval.

We replace the old brake fluid with new fluid meeting your vehicle's specifications and bleed the system using the appropriate procedure for your vehicle. ABS service procedures are performed when required and supported.

We do not install customer-supplied parts. We source the correct parts for your vehicle to help ensure proper fitment, quality, and warranty coverage.
