Oil change
FAQs
Quick questions before you book.
-
You do not need to remain with the vehicle during the service. We will greet you, get access to your vehicle, and reconnect with you when the job is complete. We will share updates throughout the process by text, call, or in person as appropriate.
-
Please make sure your vehicle is accessible with adequate working space and that vehicle maintenance is permitted at the service location.
Please make the vehicle keys available. If your vehicle has a wheel lock key, please make that available as well in case wheel removal is required to access components needed for the service.
We will position the vehicle as needed to safely perform the service.
-
We use full synthetic oil only, along with a premium oil filter that is OEM or equivalent. The oil specification and quantity are selected for your specific vehicle.
-
We determine the correct oil capacity and specification from your vehicle information. Your estimate reflects the amount included for your vehicle, and any oil beyond the included quantity is charged at the per-quart rate shown for the applicable package.
-
Yes. When the vehicle is equipped with an oil-life or service reminder that can be reset as part of the oil-change procedure, we reset it after the service is completed.
-
Our general recommendation is every 6 months or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first. Your vehicle manufacturer's maintenance schedule may differ, and vehicle use and operating conditions can affect the appropriate interval.
-
Our multi-point inspection is a visual check of readily accessible components and includes tire condition and pressure, visible brake components, brake fluid condition, battery health, visible steering and suspension components, accessible fluid levels, and a check for obvious leaks.
The inspection does not include additional disassembly or diagnostic testing. Components that require removal of panels, undertrays, or other parts are not included.
-
If we identify a concern during the multi-point inspection, we’ll let you know and document what we observed.
If it relates to a service we offer, such as brakes or battery replacement, we can provide pricing for the recommended service. Other observations, such as visible leaks or suspension concerns, will be documented for your awareness and may require further diagnosis or repair elsewhere.
-
We do not install customer-supplied parts. We source the correct parts for your vehicle to help ensure proper fitment, quality, and warranty coverage.
