$50 Mobile Convenience Charge per appointment, added to the service price and collected as your deposit when you book.
We inspect your wheels and tires before installation. If we determine they cannot be safely installed, only the $50 Mobile Convenience Charge will apply.
No unexpected charges. If something unexpected affects your service, we’ll explain it and give you the price first. No extra work without your approval.
Before your appointment: have all complete wheel assemblies on the ground and easily accessible, with your wheel-lock key and any vehicle-specific wheel hardware ready.

Quick questions before you book.

You do not need to remain with the vehicle during the service. We will greet you, get access to your vehicle, and reconnect with you when the job is complete. We will share updates throughout the process by text, call, or in person as appropriate.

Please make sure your vehicle is accessible with adequate working space and that vehicle maintenance is permitted at the service location.
Please make the vehicle keys, wheel lock key, and any additional wheel hardware, such as hubcentric rings, available for the service.
All complete wheel and tire assemblies must be on the ground and easily accessible before the appointment. We do not remove wheel assemblies from or return them to shelves, racks, or other storage locations.
We will position the vehicle as needed to safely perform the service.

This service is for swapping complete wheel and tire assemblies that are already mounted and balanced. We do not remove tires from wheels or perform tire mounting or balancing as part of the Seasonal Wheel Swap.

We check tread depth and tire condition and set tire pressures to the vehicle specifications as part of the service. If we identify a concern, we will explain what we found before proceeding.

We inspect the condition of your tires and wheels before installation. If we determine that a tire or wheel is unsafe to install, we will explain the issue and may decline to complete the service.
If the service cannot be completed because your tires or wheels are unsafe for installation, the $50 Mobile Convenience Charge still applies. You will not be charged for the Seasonal Wheel Swap if the service is not performed.

A typical seasonal wheel swap takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Actual time can vary by vehicle, wheel size, wheel hardware, and vehicle condition.
