"Eric did my due oil change and tire rotation in preparation for this winter. He came to my driveway and completed all the work while I continued with my day. Leaving your only car at the shop all day is no fun so this made things easier. Eric checked other things while here and let me know what I also did not need which is helpful like letting me know measurements of how much brake pads and tire tread which is nice to know I still have some time before new tires going into winter.   • You do not need to remain with the vehicle during the service. We will greet you, get access to your vehicle, and reconnect with you when the job is complete. We will share updates throughout the process by text, call, or in person as appropriate.

  • Appointments require at least 48 hours' notice so we can review your vehicle information, prepare the correct parts and materials, and arrive ready for your service.

  • Please provide your vehicle year, make, model, and license plate number, along with any details that may help us prepare for your service.

  • After you book, we review the vehicle information you provide and prepare an estimate outlining the service, parts, and total cost.

    A $50 Mobile Convenience Charge applies per appointment, is additional to the service price, and is collected as your deposit.

  • If unforeseen complications or additional work are identified during the service, we will explain what is needed and provide the additional cost for your approval before proceeding. We do not perform additional work without your approval.

  • We do not charge disposal fees or traditional shop fees.

  • The remaining balance is due at the end of service. We send a contactless invoice and accept major credit cards. A credit-card processing fee applies.

  • Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle and make sure the vehicle and service area are easily accessible.

    If your vehicle has a wheel lock key that may be needed for the scheduled service, please make it available. If the required wheel lock key is unavailable, we may not be able to complete the service.

  • We do not install customer-supplied parts. We source the correct parts for your vehicle to help ensure proper fitment, quality, and warranty coverage.
