You do not need to remain with the vehicle during the service. We will greet you, get access to the vehicle, and share updates throughout the process. We will let you know when the service is complete.

We use full synthetic oil only, along with a premium oil filter that is OEM or equivalent. The oil specification and quantity are selected for your specific vehicle.

We determine the correct oil capacity and specification from your vehicle information. Your estimate reflects the amount included for your vehicle, and any oil beyond the included quantity is charged at the per-quart rate shown for the applicable package.

Our general recommendation is every 6 months or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first. Your vehicle manufacturer's maintenance schedule may differ, and vehicle use and operating conditions can affect the appropriate interval.

If the multi-point inspection identifies an issue or additional work is needed, we will explain what we found and provide the additional cost for your approval before proceeding. We do not perform additional work without your approval.

Yes. When the vehicle is equipped with an oil-life or service reminder that can be reset as part of the oil-change procedure, we reset it after the service is completed.
