You do not need to remain with the vehicle during the service. We will greet you, get access to your vehicle, and reconnect with you when the job is complete. We will share updates throughout the process by text, call, or in person as appropriate.

Appointments require at least 48 hours' notice so we can review your vehicle information, prepare the correct parts and materials, and arrive ready for your service.

Please provide your vehicle year, make, model, and license plate number, along with any details that may help us prepare for your service.

After you book, we review the vehicle information you provide and prepare an estimate outlining the service, parts, and total cost. You review and approve the estimate before work begins.

If unforeseen complications or additional work are identified during the service, we will explain what is needed and provide the additional cost for your approval before proceeding. We do not perform additional work without your approval.

We do not charge disposal fees or traditional shop fees. A $50 Mobile Convenience Charge applies per service visit and serves as your deposit. Any vehicle-specific parts, additional quantities, or approved additional work are shown in your estimate.

Payment is due at the end of service. We send a contactless invoice and accept major credit cards. A 3% credit-card processing fee applies.

Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle and make sure the vehicle and service area are easily accessible. If your vehicle has a wheel lock key that may be needed for the scheduled service, please make it available.
