Quick questions before you book.

  • You do not need to remain with the vehicle during the service. We will greet you, get access to your vehicle, and reconnect with you when the job is complete. We will share updates throughout the process by text, call, or in person as appropriate.

  • Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle and make sure the vehicle and service area are easily accessible.

    If your vehicle has a wheel lock key that may be needed for the scheduled service, please make it available. If the required wheel lock key is unavailable, we may not be able to complete the service.

  • Common signs include squealing or grinding noises, vibration while braking, increased stopping distance, a soft or unusual brake-pedal feel, or a brake warning indicator. We inspect the brake system and explain what we find before any additional work is performed.

  • Our brake service is based on replacing rotors and brake pads rather than resurfacing rotors. Rotors and pads are priced specifically for your vehicle and included in the estimate for your approval.

  • Plan on approximately 1.5 to 2 hours per axle under normal conditions. Actual service time can vary by vehicle design and vehicle condition.

  • If unforeseen complications or additional work are identified during the service, we will explain what is needed and provide the additional cost for your approval before proceeding. We do not perform additional work without your approval.

  • When required for the vehicle, we place the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) into service mode and complete the appropriate reset as part of the brake service. EPB service mode is included at no additional cost.
